Training for the next generation of manufacturing.

Our on-site workforce academy is planned to connect hands-on training with careers in modern manufacturing.

Talent at every stage. Experienced manufacturing workers will be able to develop advanced skills in robotics and automation. Planned entry pathways will also welcome people returning from incarceration, young adults transitioning out of foster care, and others seeking skilled work.

Training will align with production roles in automated equipment operation, framing, cabinet production, quality control, maintenance, logistics and frontline leadership.

The goal is a durable workforce engine tied directly to America’s need for quality housing.

200–400people targeted for training and hiring within the first two years of operations
